At Panni Margot, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s everything you need to know about our return policy and how to proceed.

Return period

You may return your product within 10 days of receiving.

Product condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn or show clear signs of use.

Reason for return

As long as the product meets our return conditions, we accept returns for any reason. We want you to feel good about your purchase.

Return shipping costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • The product received has a manufacturing defect or flaw.

  • You received a different size than the one you selected when placing your order.

  • You received the wrong item or a different product than the one you purchased.

In these situations, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours of receiving the returned item.

Important info about refunds

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the refund may take up to 45 days to appear in your account. This timeframe is outside the control of Panni Margot or Stripe/PayPal (our payment processors), so we recommend checking with your bank before requesting a refund.

Exceptions

This return policy applies only to purchases made through our website or physical store. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made garments.

Exchanges

You can exchange your item for any other product or combination of products, as long as the total value does not exceed the amount originally paid. If the new total is higher, you may pay the difference to complete the exchange.

  • The purchase order sent via email at the time of purchase, or the corresponding invoice.

  • A valid ID (e.g., passport).
